Registers a ForyCodecFactory when the application defines a ThreadSafeFory bean. Unlike the other backends, Fory cannot be configured on the application's behalf — a usable instance needs the application's classes registered — so the bean is the trigger, and its presence is read as intent: this auto-configuration runs before every classpath-detected backend, so an explicit Fory bean wins over a Jackson that merely happens to be present.
